Will Warner Brothers ever release The Snyder Cut?

Justice League was released in theatres on 26 October 2017 and it was not well received by both critics and fans. The movie was originally written and directed by Zack Snyder but due to a family tragedy, he had to leave the project. Then the movie was rebooted by Joss Whedon and since then fans have been asking about the Snyder cut.

The Justice League

When Batman vs Superman first came out, it was such a disaster that Warner Brothers had to rethink their entire approach to coming up with films.

It’s not hard to understand why that happened because Snyder himself has always talked about how much he hates doing normal comic-book movies especially when he was making Watchmen and then he’s got this habit of tearing up traditional tropes in this kind of films.

Warner Brothers then decided to put even more restrictive shackles on him for his next project the Justice League. Zack Snyder’s vision for Batman and Superman was just too dark for Warner Brothers because they wanted their version of the MCU.

Batman versus Superman was a critical disaster that didn’t make anywhere near as much money as they wanted it to make. First Warner Brothers decided to have him make a load of changes to his first cut and then, during an unspeakable family tragedy for Zack Snyder, they just replaced him with Joss Whedon from the MCU.

They wanted Joss Whedon to replace the dark Snyder stuff with light-hearted themes just like the Marvel movies. The entire output was a complete disaster, it was big and in terms of tone, everybody hated this pretty much.

Everyone wanted to know, what happened to Zack Snyder’s version of the Justice League and this is where the term release the Snyder cut was born.

Somebody said a few months back that Warner Brothers might never release the Snyder’s version of Justice League because if it’s as good as we think it’s, they are gonna look like idiots. Right now, there is a glimmer of hope that this could finally happen and they might release it on HBO max or it might get a run in theatres.

Zack Snyder has posted over 50 images of his cut of the Justice League and if you want to see all of them you can visit our Facebook page by clicking here.
